Together with her parents and aunt, Anna received a pair of Spring Festival couplets and a Chinese character ‘fu’ (福) (literal meaning ‘blessing’) written by a local calligrapher. Her family visited the Intangible Cultural Heritage Exhibition accompanied by a guide and an interpreter.
Anna’s aunt, a local resident, told our reporter that both Anna and her parents love Chinese culture very much, they often take part in Chinese cultural activities back in Australia as well, and they will spend the Chinese New Year holiday in Jiangmen, the hometown of Anna’s mother.

After successfully completing each task, they got one stamp. After collecting five stamps, they stood a chance to win some special gifts provided by the center.
